Hi, I’m Katy. I offer play-based behavior support and parent coaching for families with strong-willed or neurodivergent kids. I’ve spent 15+ years working with children across homes, schools, and therapeutic settings, and I specialize in supporting kids with ADHD, autism, and big emotions.

Originally from Ireland, I bring both professional experience and lived neurodivergent insight. I’m trained in ABA, but my support is flexible, relationship-based, and neurodiversity-affirming. My work doesn’t replace therapy — instead, I provide practical, in-home help that’s personalized, collaborative, and grounded in real-world routines. I also offer peer-style mentoring for teens and young adults navigating transitions, executive function, or identity-related challenges.

I hold a Master’s degree focused on collective trauma - how communities remember, rebuild, and heal - and I love applying that big-picture lens to my day-to-day support work. Outside of work, you’ll find me walking forest trails, spotting mushrooms, writing, or getting nerdy about culture, language, and the strange, funny ways people make sense of the world.
